Our 3-Phase Process
Because of our 3-phase process, we’re able to listen to your ideas, establish shared timelines, respect your budget, and honor our commitments.
Phase 1: Pre-construction
You share additional details in our pre-construction meeting, and review our schedule with project milestones.
Phase 2: Construction
You’ll receive schedule updates, project estimates, and change orders during monthly progress meetings and over email communication while our crews are hard at work.
Phase 3: Closeout
We obtain sign-offs and provide any wrap-up documents with the formal hand-off of the current project so we’re ready to start your next project.
Partnership building
Our projects are successful because of the partnerships we have formed with companies like yours. We serve as an extension of your team as we plan and execute your project.
Project management
We guide you through pre-construction and monthly progress meetings, handle change orders, provide estimate billing, and keep you informed along the way.
